I must admit that I did read the reviews for this book myself before buying it.
They were good reviews and I thought oh well here goes I guess I might as well get the book especially at this small price.
WOW what a great book, the bread is Great Tasting, Unbelievable, FAR SUPERIOR to the book that came with my machine.
The bread from these receipes actually taste Real, light, keep far better than any of the loaves made from the machines own receipe book.
Some of my friends are even willing to pay me to make them bread as they love it so much.
I'm also diabetic and love the fact that no sugar needs to be added.
Pizza dough receipe also great.
SO GLAD I bought it please believe me great book give it a go you won't regret it.
I bought my bread maker it 2000 and for the first time I'm getting great bread, also loving the fact that instead of baking the bread right through in the machine I can stop at the mixed dough, take the dough out knead it for around three to four presses and cook it in a loaf tin escaping that annoying great hole in the bottom of my loaf from the mixing blade.

Great little Recipe Book
I bought a bread machine, which the recipes were to say the least absolute rubbish,thought the machine was either crap, or the recipes, tried a recipe on a flour packet. which was better.
So I looked this one up on Amazon and Hey presto! This book is simply fantastic, the author has really done her home-work, now I am baking great bread and I have confidence to make my own with improvisations, from her recipes.
So this has been the best investment I have bought, for cooking.
My bread machine was good after all. So if your not sure if its the recipes that came with your machine. Buy this book.

A comprehensive set of guidelines and recipes but then I bought a new Panasonic bread maker and the book that came with it is so good I no longer need another book

Though I have not used evey recipe the one I have used have had very good results
